Medical Imaging in clinical trials

Medical Imaging as an effective surrogate biomarker has been widely used in clinical trials for eligibility, safety, and efficacy assessments. However, it is still quite challenge to conduct/design a global trial for meeting multiple agency’s requirements. In this talk, we will discuss how to utilize medical imaging effectively in your trial and the various pain points you might experience when targeting multiple agencies. This will be based on a recent update from US FDA and China NMPA, supplemented with Calyx’s own operational experience around the world.
